Speed Boats in the Bay for the Birthday Boys

Paul's dad and brother have birthdays 2 days apart, so we usually end up celebrating them together. This year we wanted to do something special, more then just the normal family dinner. Pauls brother came up with the idea to rent speed boats down in the bay. It was one of the most fun things we have ever done in San Diego. Being out on the water really makes you appreciate the BEAUTIFUL city we live in. It was a pretty cold day for San Diego in the middle of April, but the sun was out and shinning. We all bundled up in our hats, coats, gloves, etc and headed out for our adventure. We split up between 2 boats and spent the next hour out on the water. After our hour was up we went for lunch in sea port village. It was a great way to spend an afternoon celebrating the 2 birthday boys.
